Poetic documentary.

The 80-year-old Dutch letter painter Gerard Wessels paints in an empty Amsterdam lawyer’s office on a snow white Saturday quotes of the writers/lawyers Franz Kafka, Frans Bordewijk en John Grisham on the walls of the meeting rooms. During the paint process the painter, who was raised as an orphan, remembers his traumatic youth, that unexpectedly matches every quote he paints.
